Man Kit Lam has been working as a graphic designer for over fifteen years. He founded his studio in 2007 after graduating from the Royal Academy of Art and has experience in branding, art direction, illustration, animation, digital, print and exhibition design. Man Kit works between Amsterdam and New York and has been fortunate enough to work with a wide variety of clients, from cultural institutions, non-profits, small businesses, to global corporations.

In addition, he works as a creative producer with filmmaker/wife Susan Youssef since 2008. They develop and produce feature films, documentaries, episodic series and short films.

Man Kit produced, edited, and art directed the narrative feature Habibi which premiered at Venice, Toronto, and Busan International Film Festivals. Habibi won awards around the globe including Best Film, Best Editor, and FIPRESCI prizes at the Dubai International Film Festival.

He made with Susan the experimental short Source, which was an installation at the Tate Modern in 2012 and toured the world with Olafur Eliasson’s Little Sun project.

Currently they are working on their new film projects Marjoun and the Flying Headscarf and A History of the Middle East.
